I fell i love with Gayle's turn-of-the-century house. I plan on incorporating a lot of the gorgeous stonework/windows into some new pieces.

I fall in love with each piece you post. If you headed a class, I would take it.
What is the average amount of time it takes to complete a piece?

This reminds me of meditation, it kind of looks like the window is a thought bubble emanating from her head. It also has the same effect that my window sometimes has, it looks like a big painting rather than something that's outside.

I love the curvature in your 'straight' lines - it gives a sense of grandeur - is this something that's inherited from a reference photo, or do you deliberately exaggerate or otherwise play with it?

Another great painting.
