As soon as I saw the quilt I wanted to paint it...the colours were so vibrant, and a departure from the usual muted palette that I seem to paint in.

I like how the compisition seems to create a backward spiral. How nice and comfy looking to... ah, I wish I was still in bed :)

Beautiful piece! Its great so see some different colours, although still on the cool side the contrast with the red tones is really what I like here and what brings it to life.
